Minimum of 18 Years of Age: as of September 1, 2005 SGI implements the new graduated licensing program. You must be off all probationary restrictions before applying for your 1A.
Valid Class 5 Driver's License: a copy must accompany your application
Class 1A Medical: you can obtain a medical exam from either your family physician or medical clinic. There is a nominal fee, check with your medical clinic for the amount.
Proof of Written Air Exam: after you have written your exam, SGI will provide you with a copy advising if you passed or failed. You must bring this copy into our office and it must show you passing the exam.
Copy of Driver Abstract: you can obtain a copy of your driving abstract from any SGI license issuer.

All handbooks and forms can be obtained from our office or any SGI license issuer.
