2010 will mark the 73rd anniversary of the Saskatchewan Trucking Association (STA).  That's a long time to be serving one's fellow citizens.  But that's the case for the STA, to paraphrase a popular commercial, the trade organization isn't getting older, it's getting better!

Although the Association's primary reason for existance is to promote the interests of the trucking industry in Saskatchewan, the organization is also involved in lobbying the provincial government, raising money for scholarships, and promoting safety at the annual rodeos. Any way you look at it, the STA is in the middle of the action.

There are approximately 2,300 trucking companies registered in Saskatchewan. In doing what they love to do, these companies transport hundreds of goods in and out of Saskatchewan every year. There are also thousands of employees living their lives as family members, consumers, taxpayers, volunteers, and so on. The STA is integral to the fabric of Saskatchewan society.

If you're looking for information about the STA in general, where we got our start, who's on our board of directors, then you've come to the right place. To navigate, please hover over the About the STA link, and a menu should pop up, or you can navigate from the list of links below.
